Dear MAGA- Stop yer bitchin' and tell me what you're going to do about it
IDGAF about how angry you are. I want to know what you think we can do to make America better. Otherwise, STFU; you're a waste of space.
I ran across this on Truth Social recently, so I wasn’t shocked, but it still made me sad. Of course, Truth Social is a Far-Right echo chamber for brain-dead rage addicts who believe their opinions matter. They’ve convinced themselves that their rage MUST be addressed—because THEIR POINT OF VIEW IS IMPORTANT, DAMNIT!!
No one’s listening because when all you do is bitch and moan, people will eventually tune you out—particularly when your whining has no basis in reality or fact. So, sure, identify as a “PISSED OFF AMERICAN” all you want, but who’s paying attention?
No one
And how many are willing to take your complaints seriously?
Even fewer, because no one gives a damn about your anger and dissatisfaction.
When all you do is piss and moan, you’re going to lose your audience pretty quickly. No one wants to listen to a constant barrage of complaints, especially when the things you’re moaning about have little basis in reality.
If you think there’s a problem, that’s one thing—but how about offering a solution? How do you think we could do things better? Speaking for myself, when I’ve been in leadership positions, I never had much interest in hearing about problems unless an idea for a possible solution followed in short order. I wanted to know how someone thought we could address and fix problems they’d identified.
That told me that person was invested in making things better. It told me that they gave a damn. And it meant they weren’t a whiner.
Even if you lack the skills, expertise, or tools to fix a problem, tell me what you think can be done to solve it—offer me a solution. Skills, expertise, and/or tools can be found; ideas are an important part of the process and those can come from anyone.
There is more stupidity than hydrogen in the universe, and it has a longer shelf life.
- Frank Zappa
Stupid people sit back and bitch about things not being perfect. They whine about things not working. Well, guess what? Things break. Problems crop up. Unexpected situations arise. Shit happens.
What are you going to do about it? How do you plan to make things better? What will you do to fix what’s broken?
IDGAF if you “identify as a PISSED OFF AMERICAN.” That does nothing to get us closer to where we want or need to be, and it makes you dead weight. You contribute nothing; if you’re not contributing, I neither need nor want you on my team. I have neither the energy nor the inclination to drag your sad, sorry ass along with me because you think you’re unique and/or somehow privileged.
I’m tired of mediocre people who can’t be bothered to learn the truth because that truth doesn’t compare with their preconceived notions. These same mediocre minds come from the same people who tried to overthrow the government on January 6th and are now trying to convince us it was because of an FBI plot.
People died on that day, including police officers, and some of y’all still believe January 6th was a righteous day staged by true patriots? WTF is wrong with y’all? Surely you can’t be that fucking dense?
I ask that question knowing full well that too many MAGA warriors ARE that fucking stupid. As much as I hate to say that about my fellow citizens, I know it’s all too accurate. How do I know that? Because 72 million brain-dead zombies voted for Lord Stumblefuck in 2020.
There is nothing more frightful than ignorance in action.
- Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
How could so many Americans believe that a man so clearly unfit to be President was deserving of RE-ELECTION? What did they see in a man who was responsible for close to 800,000 Americans dying through the inept and self-serving way in which he fumbled the COVID-19 pandemic?
How could they believe that someone so racist, homophobic, and divisive could lead America through four more years without tearing the country apart?
They look at the available economic data and then complain about how terrible the economy is when the data objectively states that our economy is quite strong. They whine about things being terrible when the facts contradict their gripes.
They’re a collection of “PISSED OFF AMERICANS,” a veritable grab bag of petty grievances. They tell anyone who will listen about how “everything was better when Donald Trump was President,” but their selective amnesia is astonishing. One has to wonder if they’ve conveniently forgotten the pandemic and, with it, the supply chain disruptions and shortages of essential goods?
Have they forgotten the mask mandates, the closures of restaurants and public spaces, and all the other things we couldn’t do? Remember the refrigerator trucks that were being used as morgues as hospitals because so many people were dying from COVID-19? Those folks aren’t “better off than they were four years ago,” are they?
Yeah, “everything was better when Trump was President.”
Oh, and they can’t live without your precious fucking guns and have no problem sacrificing (other people’s) children to their sick devotion to implements of death. That no other industrialized country tolerates such butchery is lost on them.
The truth is that they don’t care.
Nor do they care that close to 35,000 American lives are lost to gun violence every year. There’s always an explanation or an excuse. It’s always “too soon,” “too political,” or “too something” to discuss common sense gun control.
Gun violence is never a problem for them because it’s always abstract. It never touches someone they know. Will it take the death of someone they love? Will it have to be their son or daughter being cut in half by a madman with an AR-15 before they see the light? Will it necessitate the slaughter of the loved ones of Congressmen before they see their way clear to discussing common sense gun control?
How many more innocents will perish before things change? Or will the blood money from the NRA continue to buy the mute complicity from Congress and state legislatures?
Yes, that IS a rhetorical question, because we know the end to that one, don’t we?
I’m tired of the worst among us being the ones who rule. I’m tired of stupid, insensitive, and self-absorbed people being the ones pulling the levers of power. I’m sick of having people like Dan Patrick, Gregg Abbott, Ted Cruz, Mitch McConnell, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and other mental and moral nonentities calling the shots.
So, someone identifies as a PISSED OFF AMERICAN? Just know that IDGAF. I don’t care about their whiny, pissant, me-first problems. I want to know that they’ve thought about how we can make things better. How can we fix things? How can we make things better?
If all someone is going to do is bitch and moan, then I’d invite them to sit down and STFU. They’re not doing anyone any good, and I certainly don’t care about their impotent, crybaby rage.
We deserve better.

Unfortunately -- or maybe fortunately -- they HAVE been telling us what they're going to do. Jabba-the-Trump is promising revenge, and becoming dictator on day one.
