I don’t think I’d be taking anyone by surprise if I were to toss out the opinion that Donald J. Diaperload is the single dumbest, most intellectually inelastic President to ever soil occupy the White House. Not to put too fine a point on it, but the man makes Home Simpson look like a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering.
Combine Orange Jesus’ intellectual inelasticity with what appears to be growing dementia and a significantly weakening grasp on reality, and my highly considered (if decidedly non-professional) opinion is that Donald J. Trump is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.
It’s like the old story about the Emperor being sans-culottes, but no one would tell him he was bare-ass naked. Everyone around Trump is terrified of him, even though I have to believe more than a few people can see the obvious- he’s not all there.
That’s nothing to be ashamed of. Dementia is a terrible, though not uncommon affliction that strikes many seniors and robs them of their memory and their ability to function independently. I lost my mother-in-law to dementia on Thanksgiving night; it’s something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
I do remember when I began to see the early signs that something wasn’t right, and no matter how much those around Trump try to protect him, those signs are visible. Donald Trump is not well, and he can’t hide it.
We've seen in the last decade or so the difference in how he performs in depositions, for example. He appears to have much less impulse control. And he appears to have a much-lessened ability to be coherent for any length of time.

There’s no way to camouflage that sort of cognitive decline. It becomes apparent in everything you, and it’s noticeable to those who know you well and soon even to those who don’t know you.
Listening to Donald Trump speak has always been maddening. The man has never had much in the way of impulse control, compassion, or desire to display kindness toward those who oppose him. Now, those things are blindingly obvious, and his impulse control hovers just barely above zero. His speeches can be rambling, sometimes virtually incoherent affairs in which he leaps between subjects, sometimes in mid-sentence.
No wonder Donald Trump won’t show up on a debate stage. He’s gotten to where he can barely keep it together in front of the adoring throngs at his campaign rallies. Somewhat smaller throngs, it must be said — but, hey, it’s January, and everybody’s seen The Trump Show many times by now.
Even so, that was a real humdinger the great man emitted the other day when he confused Nikki Haley with Nancy Pelosi, blaming her for failing to provide adequate security during the Jan. 6 riot. Psychiatrists call it “decompensating.” Ordinary people call it “losing your marbles.”
Courtesy of Michael Tomasky in The New Republic, here’s a transcript of what Trump said: “By the way, they never report the crowd on Jan. 6. You know, Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley ... you know they ... did you know they destroyed all of the information, all of the evidence, everything, deleted and destroyed all of it? All of it! Because of lots of things. Like Nikki Haley is in charge of security. We offered her 10,000 people. Soldiers, National Guard — whatever they want. They turned it down. They don’t wanna talk about that. These are very dishonest people.”
That’s right, sports fans, Trump confused the then-Democratic speaker of the U.S. House with his Republican presidential rival and former United Nations ambassador. Not once, but several times. All in service of one of his most absurd lies: that he offered Pelosi soldiers to defend the U.S. Capitol from the same mob he’d urged to “fight like hell, or you won’t have a country anymore.”
And yet the New York Times and so much of the rest of the mainstream media insist on focusing on Joe Biden’s age and alleged cognitive decline as if the President is the one with the actual brain fog issues.
Perhaps they should spend more time listening to Trump unwind in some of his campaign speeches. The man’s ten minutes of actual words and 15 minutes of indecipherable gibberish looking for a place to happen.
What’s interesting is that Trump, at age 77, is only four years younger than President Biden. That’s almost a statistically insignificant difference, and yet the mainstream media rarely focuses on Trump's age and cognitive issues.
WHAT Liberal media??
Also to support another lie: the House Select Committee that investigated the events of Jan. 6 possessed this exculpatory evidence but destroyed it. Yeah, sure they did. And all of Humpty Trumpty’s horses and all of his men couldn’t put it back together again.
In reality, numerous White House aides testified that Trump spent hours enjoying the spectacle on TV, even as they begged him to call off the mob. Then at 2:24 p.m., with the crowd having erected a gallows and chanting “Hang Mike Pence,” Trump sent out a tweet: “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution.”
That is, to prevent the Electoral College vote and award the election to Trump. The election he’d lost by 7 million votes.
But, yeah, it was all Nikki/Nancy’s fault.
And if you believe that ... Well, what won’t you believe?
Trump’s supporters are hypocritically focused on Biden’s alleged cognition “issues” even as they give Donny Diaperfull a free pass for whatever bats are gliding around in his belfry. It’s not good or honest, and it does a significant disservice to the country when the attention is focused on Joe Biden, even as Donald Trump’s issues may be even worse.
For the past many months we've been told repeatedly by outlets like The New York Times that Biden is old and the age issue is hurting him more with voters than it's hurting Trump.
And Fox News has convinced most of its viewers that Biden has now entered an advanced stage of dementia caused by eating ice cream.
Biden "moves more tentatively than he did," says the Times, while Trump "uses his physicality to project strength in front of crowds."
But then Biden and Trump both open their mouths and we see that the reality is something quite different.
Appearing on the Seth Meyers show on 26 February 2024, Biden proved he's got the experience, wit and wisdom to defeat Trump again. He spoke about the Israel-Hamas war with a level of knowledge and compassion that Trump could never even imitate.
When’s the last time you heard anyone speak of Donald Trump using “knowledge” and “compassion” as descriptors? I can only speak for myself, of course, but I can say without the slightest trace of uncertainty that I’ve never heard either of those words associated with (or spoken by) Orange Jesus.
I don’t believe that Joe Biden has a problem other than what might be found in many senior citizens when they tire; it’s a normal part of aging.
Of course, in an ideal world, we’d have two candidates in their 40s or 50s running for President, and this conversation would be moot. We should be able to do better than this. For the Democrats, why not California Governor Gavin Newsome, who could wipe the floor with any Republican?
As for the Republicans, the GOP is in such disarray that it seems unlikely they could find a candidate who isn’t tainted by having their head so far up Trump’s ass they can taste his food.
So, absent any significant debate about actual, honest-to-Christ issues, we’d best steel ourselves for all sorts of silly, pointless crap like “Biden migrant crime,” or “Biden open borders, or maybe even “Biden gender fluidity.”
It’s still early, so I can guaran-damn-tee there will be even more silly, pointless garbage of the sort we can’t even BEGIN to imagine today.
Stay thirsty, Captains….

It’s like comparing oranges to eggplant emojis. And the media continues to ignore Diaperfull ordering off the children’s menu. The focus should be on the incompetence of the republicans raising their demonic baby. It’s not a food fight when Democracy is at stake!
