Jenna Ellis- The personification of evil, hypocrisy, fake Christianity, and crocodile tears
"She can cry all she wants, but she’s definitely not a victim;" she's a 24-karat, Grade-A twit
Gradually it was disclosed to me that the line separating good and evil passes not through states, nor between classes, nor between political parties either -- but right through every human heart -- and through all human hearts. This line shifts. Inside us, it oscillates with the years. And even within hearts overwhelmed by evil, one small bridgehead of good is retained. And even in the best of all hearts, there remains ... an unuprooted small corner of evil.
Since then I have come to understand the truth of all the religions of the world: They struggle with the evil inside a human being (inside every human being). It is impossible to expel evil from the world in its entirety, but it is possible to constrict it within each person.

Jenna Ellis is not a particularly intelligent human being. Nor is she a good person (she crowdsourced $216,431 to fund her legal defense; MAGA wants their money back). She portrays herself as a committed Christian, but her words and actions betray her as someone who began living on the Dark Side long ago. And by “Dark Side,” I mean supporting and providing legal services to The Former Guy (TFG). Yeah, she f****d around and found out.
Sadly for Ms. Ellis, she’s learned far too late that everything and everyone TFG touches turns to shit. He’s a user. He consumes people, and when he’s sucked them dry and they’re no longer useful to him, he tosses them on the large ashpile of those whose lives, reputations, and careers he’s ruined.
Without so much as a second thought.
Now Jenna Ellis is beginning to discover that karma can be a real bitch and that the time and effort she devoted to the service of TFG was a complete and utter waste of time. Her career, reputation, and life are in ruins as she pleaded guilty to trying to overturn the 2020 Presidential election results in Georgia.
Damn the bad luck, eh?
Of course, the one good thing to come out of her self-inflicted downfall is that she was able to throw Rudy Giuliani and TFG under the metaphorical bus.
A tearful Jenna Ellis implicated Rudy Giuliani and disavowed Donald Trump as she pleaded guilty in the Georgia election subversion case.
The former Trump campaign lawyer delivered a statement in tears Tuesday at her Fulton County plea hearing, where she expressed regret for her work on behalf of the former president that was aimed at overturning his 2020 election loss, reported CNN.
Cry me a frickin’ river. Many a time did this self-righteous twit proclaim the 2020 election to be a sham, stolen out from under the rightful winner by the evil Joe Biden.
She and her evil henchmen could never provide the evidence, of course, but they KNEW IT…and soon everyone in America would as well.
‘Cept that moment never came…because the 2020 election was fair, free, and almost (and what fraud there was just happened to have been committed by…wait for it…Republicans).
“If I knew then what I know now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-challenges," Ellis said. "I look back on this experience with deep remorse."
No, Ms. Ellis, you were lying then, and you’re lying now. You knew precisely then what you know now. There were no “gotcha” moments, no grand revelations that would’ve removed the scales of ignorance from your eyes. You were part of a litigation team that lost 60 of 61 lawsuits seeking to overturn aspects of the 2020 election. You knew then that you lacked compelling evidence, just as you now acknowledge.
Spare us the crocodile tears. You’re hoping for leniency and that your tears will convince the judge to go easy on you. Frankly, I hope you get the maximum allowed under Georgia law (you won’t, of course; that’s the point of a plea deal). You’re actions have helped deepen the divide in this country that led to the January 6th insurrection. You are indirectly responsible for the deaths of five people that day and the injuries to hundreds more…never mind the millions of dollars in damages done to the US Capitol.
I hope you burn in the Hell I don’t believe in, but I’ll make an exception in your case. You deserve neither leniency nor consideration despite your crocodile tears. Of course, your plea deal and your agreement to testify against TFG is a victory (of sorts) for justice, but the fact that you won’t do time in a Georgia prison is a farce.
If nothing else, you should be sentenced to jail time for your ridiculous, tearful performance in court as you read your statement. That was a truly miserable and transparent performance that any blind person could’ve seen through.
After her plea deal, she was backed to her holier-than-thou self:
If you have an airsickness bag handy, now might be a good time to put it to use.
Addressing a judge in an Atlanta courtroom, she tearfully expressed regret for taking part in efforts to keep Mr. Trump in power after he lost the 2020 election.
Ms. Ellis, 38, pleaded guilty to a charge of aiding and abetting false statements and writings, a felony. She is the fourth defendant to plead guilty in the Georgia case, which charged Mr. Trump and 18 others with conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Mr. Trump’s favor.
Ms. Ellis agreed to be sentenced to five years of probation, pay $5,000 in restitution and perform 100 hours of community service. She has already written an apology letter to the citizens of Georgia, and she agreed to cooperate fully with prosecutors as the case progresses.
Her “statement” was a farcical attempt to justify her self-ascribed naïvete. Anyone listening with a functional moral center no doubt had to struggle against their gag reflex.
Ms. Ellis, unlike the other defendants who have pleaded guilty, asked the court to let her give a statement. She cried as she rose from the defense table and said, “As an attorney who is also a Christian, I take my responsibilities as a lawyer very seriously.”
No, sorry…you don’t get to fall back on the “I’m a Christian” defense, Ms. Ellis. You’re a Christian like I’m a Nobel Peace Prize laureate. I’ve been to the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo. My Peace Prize is nowhere to be found. I’ve checked.
You’re a hypocrite who deserves to be disbarred for your attempts to bastardize the law in a craven attempt to steal the 2020 Presidential election. And your attempt to pass it off as “I’m a Christian” is the most pathetic, weakest, and most self-righteous bullshit imaginable. You’re “a servant of Jesus Christ,” like the SS was a surfing fraternity.
You knew precisely what you were doing, were proud of it, and prepared to go to the mat for TFG. That’s not someone weak, inexperienced, and easily influenced and manipulated. That’s someone who knew what she was doing, knew it was illegal, and yet went full speed ahead regardless of the consequences she knew lay ahead.
She said that after Mr. Trump’s defeat in 2020, she believed that challenging the election results on his behalf should have been pursued in a “just and legal way.” But she said that she had relied on information provided by other lawyers, including some “with many more years of experience than I,” and failed to do her “due diligence” in checking the veracity of their claims.
No, you didn’t fail to do your “due diligence.” You swallowed the Kool-Aid and decided that loyalty to one man was more important than your oath to uphold the law. Your arrogance, ignorance, and willful blindness to the truth have helped to create a rift in this country that may never heal.
Ms. Ellis, I hope you’ve learned some lessons from your arrogant and corrupt choice to live outside the law in the service of one deceitful man. I hope you understand that TFG will never have your back and will never support you. He will toss you on the scrap heap of history. If he hasn’t done that already, he will soon.
More than anything, I hope you realize how fortunate you are not to have to see the inside of a Georgia state penitentiary, even though you richly deserve it. You’ve skated by this time, and perhaps you are fortunate not to be disbarred, though you deserve to be forced to forfeit your right to practice law anywhere.
Oh…and enjoy your dance with karma now that the MAGA faithful are turning on you:
Failed Florida congressional candidate and longtime MAGA enthusiast Laura Loomer, for one, said that Ellis' plea has confirmed her view that Ellis is a "disloyal wench" who has been stealing from Trump supporters by asking them for donations to help pay her legal bills.
"She’s now going to use the money so many of you foolishly gave her to work against President Trump in an election year," Loomer fumed. "Shame on every single MORON who donated to Jenna Ellis."
Fellow Trump supporter Alexander Sheppard, meanwhile, expressed a similar sentiment and demanded that Ellis return all the money she raised from the MAGA faithful.
"I don't know how anyone could trust her after this," he griped.
Derrick Evans, a former West Virginia delegate who also served prison time for storming the United States Capitol on January 6th, 2021, said he could forgive Ellis for pleading guilty to avoid jail time, but not for "throwing President Trump under the bus."
"For that reason, Jenna Ellis will always be known as a disloyal coward and a total scumbag," he commented.
And another "America First" Twitter user speculated that Ellis was lying about her guilt just to save herself at Trump's expense.
Yes, they love you…until they don’t.
Perhaps you’ll even recover and be able to put this sorry episode behind you. I hope you will never be allowed to forget the damage you helped do to this country and that your actions almost helped destroy our democracy.
Although you’re escaping with what amounts to a slap on the wrist, I will continue to believe that justice would’ve been served ONLY had you been ordered to wear the moral equivalent of a scarlet letter.
You should be grateful I wasn’t the judge overseeing your case. Your crocodile tears wouldn’t have saved you from the real accountability you deserve.
May you one day enjoy the reserved parking space waiting for you in Hell.
