Anyone who’s read George Orwell’s 1984 likely recognizes the tone of Floriduh Gov. Ron DeSantis’ public declarations. The “war is peace,” “oppression is freedom,” and “darkness is light” rhetoric DeSantis constantly offers up is intended to convince the American Sheeple that he’s a winner. He’s winning the war against “woke” because Floriduh is “where ‘woke’ goes to die.”
