I was in the army and trained on the M16. To this day, I'm pretty sure I could field strip any make or model of the AR15 &/or M4. And it's been over 45 years since the last time I had to do so.
Strangely enough, I never confused my weapon with my penis. Apparently there's something wrong with me. Send me your farts and stares ... thoughts and prayers.
I was a 2LT, USAR. I’m pretty sure I could still field-strip an M-16. The M-4 was a bit before my time. I do remember the “this is my weapon, this is my gun” thing, though. 😝
The M4 that I'm referring to is the M16 carbine that was standard issue in Iraq and Afghanistan, and was actually after my time (but still built upon the M16 mechanism.)
I wasn't going to mention “this is my weapon, this is my gun”, so your comment generated considerable mirth at my end of the wires.
