Thinking about the evils of socialized medicine, the only medical care available to me is VA. Damned socialists! That bowel resection I had last December (yes, my colon is now a semi-colon) likely prevented me from dying from stage 4 colon cancer a few years from now, the rotten bastards. The heart valve surgery I'm looking at next year will likely add 10+ years to my life, the dirty scum. If I were diabetic, at my income level I'd be receiving my insulin for free, the vicious commies.
